My background as an Orgasmic Birth Practitioner, Certified Lactation Counselor, Childbirth Educator, and degreed Nutritionist, I'm here to help you change your relationship with fear, and find empowerment and joy in your wholistic birth experience.

Together, we'll create Birthing Intentions, guiding you through the possibilities of birth while delving deep into your desires for how you want to feel during childbirth and beyond into the postpartum period.
With breathwork, movement, vocalization, and mindfulness techniques, I'll help you cultivate a positive mindset and embrace the full potential of your birthing experience. Whether you're planning a home birth or a hospital birth, I'm here to empower you, advocate for you, and provide a calm presence throughout your birthing journey.

With individualized support tailored to your needs, your postpartum experience can be filled with moments of joy and comfort.
During the day, I provide nurturing support with breastfeeding, newborn care, and emotional guidance as you navigate early parenthood. Whether you're struggling with latching or crave a delicious, warm meal, I'm here to make your day a little brighter.
Overnight support can look like bringing baby to you for night feedings and gently soothing your baby back to sleep – I handle everything to ensure a smooth night while you recharge.

In this one-day workshop, we'll dive into practical tools to disarm fears and embrace pleasure during childbirth. Learn to navigate the waves of birth with confidence, understanding, and grace, as we shift from resistance to flow.

It encompasses not just your experiences, but also your stress, love, body image, trauma history, relationship trust, and other factors influencing a woman’s sexual wellbeing. Pleasure during childbirth supports the release of a beneficial hormone cocktail, including oxytocin and endorphins. Oxytocin, the love hormone, helps progress labor and fosters bonding, while endorphins act as natural painkillers, reducing pain and creating a sense of well-being.

Maintaining a mindset focused on relaxation, love, and pleasure can help manage pain and reduce stress during labor. Techniques that promote comfort and relaxation, such as massage or warm baths, can lower the perception of pain and stress, contributing to a more positive birthing experience. Creating a space filled with safety, love, and joy can help you form a positive association with your labor.

Positive emotions during birth facilitate immediate bonding and attachment between mother and baby, which is crucial for the baby's development and the mother's postpartum mental health. Additionally, a positive birth experience can support personal growth, self-esteem, and success in parenthood. One study found that as the childbirth experience score increased, the depression score decreased.*
